摘　　要：随着房地产信托行业的迅速发展,与此同时一系列的风险问题也不断出现。因此,加强房地产投资信托风险管理不仅对房地产投资信托本身有利,而且对整个房地产和资本市场健康发展也具有重要影响。加强对房地产信托风险的控制和管理显得尤为紧迫和必要,防范和控制风险是保障信托业可持续发展的重要环节。本文对房地产信托业务常见的风险问题进行了深入分析,并提出几种切实可行的措施,以此来防范信托风险的发生。with the rapid development of the real estate trust industry, at the same time a series of risk problems are also appearing. Therefore, strengthening the risk management of real estate investment trusts is not only beneficial to the real estate investment trusts itself, but also has an important impact on the healthy development of the entire real estate and capital market. It is very urgent and necessary to strengthen the control and management of the risk of real estate trust, and the prevention and control of risk is an important link to ensure the sustainable development of the trust industry. This paper analyzes the common risk problems of real estate trust business, and puts forward several practical measures to prevent the occurrence of trust risks.
