摘 要:目的:分析火疗技术温度变化的规律,为火疗技术的温度控制提供参考依据。方法:采用高精度智能温控器进行火疗技术过程中的温度监测,分析温度变化规律;观察患者皮肤烫伤情况;采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者舒适度。结果:火疗过程中灭火温度为(42.80±0.11)℃,最高温度为(44.82±0.10)℃,灭火温度显著低于最高温度(P<0.001);再点火温度为(42.98±0.11)℃;最低温度为(42.48±0.09)℃,再点火温度显著高于最低温度(P<0.001);患者舒适的占94.68%,轻度不适占5.32%,烫伤发生率为0。结论:火疗过程中患者对温度的耐受度存在明显个体差异,但温度变化的趋势相同,初步证实通过控制点火、灭火时机,可保障该项中医护理技术在临床应用中具有较好的安全性和舒适性。Objective: To explore the temperature changing regularity in patients with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fire therapy. Methods: Skin contact-type temperature monitor was applied to monitor the temperature during fire therapy. Temperature changing and the situation of skin were recorded. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was performed to assess the comfort level. Results: The out fire temperature was (42.80±0.11)℃, the highest temperature was (44.82±0.10)℃. The out fire temperature was significantly lower than the highest temperature (P〈0.O01). The reignition temperature was (42.98±0.11)℃, the lowest temperature was (42.48±0.09)℃. The reignition temperature was significantly higher than the lowest temperature (P〈0.001). The 94.68% of the subjects reported comfort. The 5.32% reported mild discomfort. The bum rate was 0. Conclusion: The temperature changing regularity was similar through reignition. The temperature was not reduced immediately after putting out, but continued rising until reaching the highest temperature. It suggests that the safety and the comfort level of the TCM therapy could be achieved by controlling the reignition and extinguishment effectively.
