摘 要:以4-溴-1,8-萘甲酸酐、水合肼、4-(2-氨乙基)吗啉和水杨醛作为原料,合成了一种1,8-萘二酰胺的新型荧光探针(L),并通过~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,FT-IR等分析手段对其结构和组成进行表征。研究发现L对Cu^(2+)具有荧光识别作用且受其它离子干扰小的优势。探针L的荧光强度与Cu^(2+)浓度(2.0~9.0μmol/L)呈较好的线性关系,检出限为47 nmol/L。将其对河水样品和药品进行Cu^(2+)加标回收实验,回收率均大于92.0%,RSD小于2.0%,探针L能够应用于这些样品中微量Cu^(2+)的测定。A new 1,8-naphthalenediamide derivative L was synthesized by the condensation reaction from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalimide,hydrazine hydrate and 4-(2-aminoethyl) morpholine and salicylaldehyde,and its structure was characterized by -1H NMR,-(13)C NMR,IR and HRMS-ESI spectra.The results showed that the probe L displayed high sensitivity toward Cu^2+,while other ions exerted no interfere on its recognition.The fluorescence intensity of L showed a good linear relationship with Cu^2+concentration from 2.0 to 9.0 μmol/L,and the detection limit is 47 nmol/L.Moreover,L has been applied to the determination of Cu^2+in the actual water samples and drug sample.The result showed that the standard recoveries were more than 92.0% and the RSD values were within 2.0%,which further demonstrated that L is applicable for the quantitative determination of trace Cu^2+in real samples.
