摘 要:以恩诺沙星为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在聚乙烯醇修饰的多壁碳纳米管表面制备一种新型的分子印迹聚合物纳米材料(MWCNTs-MIP),对模板分子、功能单体、交联剂的比例进行了研究,得出最佳比例为1:4:20。用红外光谱、扫描电镜对印迹聚合物的形貌结构进行了表征。动态吸附实验结果表明,MWCNTs-MIP在30 min达到吸附平衡,静态吸附试验和Scatchard分析表明,MWCNTs-MIP对恩诺沙星的吸附存在2种吸附位点,MWCNTs-MIP的最大吸附量为42.3 mg/g,为碳纳米管非印迹聚合物(MWCNTs-NIP)的1.3倍,选择性吸附试验表明,MWCNTs-MIP对恩诺沙星具有特异识别性。Novel molecularly imprinted polymers on the surface of poly(vinyl alcohol) modified mutiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs-MIP) were obtained,which used enrofloxacin as the template molecule,methacrylic acid as the functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent and azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator.The proportion of template molecule,functional monomer and crosslinking agent was studied and the optimum ratio was 1: 4: 20.The imprinted polymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The dynamic adsorption experiments demonstrated that MWCNTs-MIP achieves adsorption equilibrium in about 30 min.The static adsorption and Scatchard analysis showed that the MWCNTs-MIP has two adsorption sites,the maximum adsorption amount was 42.3 mg/g,1.3 times higher than that of the MWCNTs-NIP.Selective experiments indicated that MWCNTs-MIP has a specific recognition performance to enrofloxacin.
