摘  要:板带轧制动态理论适用于冷、热连轧和中厚板轧机。动态轧制理论的基本内容有四项:连轧张力公式;动态设定模型控制方法(DAGC);解析板形刚度理论;ф函数及dф/dh。该理论已成功应用在新建和改造的冷轧、热轧可逆式板带轧机,应用于新建四套热连轧和改进引进的热连轧机和宽厚板轧机。下面简述具体技术内容和主要的控制数学模型。The dynamic theory of plate and strip rolling is suitable for cold and hot rolling and plate mill.The basic content of the theory of dynamic rolling has four items,the first one is continuous rolling tension formula,the second is model of dynamic setting control method( DAGC),the third is plate analytical theory for shape stiffness; the fourth is function фand dф/dh. The theory has been successfully applied in the newly built and modified cold rolling and hot rolling reversible strip rolling mill,which is applied to the newly built four sets of hot continuous rolling mill and the introduction of the hot rolling mill and wide plate mill. The following brief description of the specific technical content and the main control mathematical model.
