摘　　要：本文分析了氧化铝熟料回转窑窑头喷煤管密封结构失效原因,并提出了一种新型密封结构,用于解决回转窑内部粉尘气流外喷污染环境,威胁工人操作安全的问题。In this paper,the failure cause of the sealing structure of the coal injecting duct at discharge end of sinter rotary kiln is analyzed,and a new type of sealing structure is proposed to solve the problem of air dusting outside the rotary kiln which will pollute the environment and threaten the workers＇ operation safety.
