摘 要:为降低达克罗涂层中的六价铬含量以达到环保性能要求,采用钼酸铵、硼酸、磷酸部分替代达克罗涂层中的铬酐,研究20%、35%、50%替代后达克罗涂液的黏度、涂层结合强度以及耐蚀性变化。结果表明:随着钼酸铵替代量增加,涂液黏度值逐渐变小;当铬酐替代量为20%时,3种涂层结合强度均有所改善;钼酸铵替代铬酐,当替代量为20%时,其耐蚀性最好;磷酸替代铬酐,当替代量为20%、35%和50%时,涂层的耐蚀性均优于未替代涂层,在50%替代时耐蚀性最好,自腐蚀电位可达-0.766 5 V。In order to reduce hexavalent chromium content in dacromet coating to meet the requirements of environmental performance,the chromic anhydride in dacromet coating was substituted partly by ammonium molybdate,boric acid and phosphoric acid. The viscosity of the dacromet solutions,bonding strength and corrosion resistance of dacromet coatings were studied when substitution amount is 20%,35% and 50%. The results show that the viscosity of dacromet solution reduces as the substitution amount of ammonium molybdate increases. When substitution amount of chromic anhydride by ammonium molybdate,boric acid and phosphoric acid is 20%,the bonding strength of three kinds of dacromet coatings all improves significantly. When substitution amount of chromic anhydride by ammonium molybdate is 20%,the corrosion resistance of dacromet coating is enhanced and is the best. When the substitution amount of chromic anhydride by the phosphoric acid is20%,35% and 50%,the corrosion resistance of the coating is better than that of coating without substitution,especially the corrosion resistance is the best in 50% substitution,and the self-corrosion potential is-0.766 5 V.
