摘　　要：目的 探讨桡骨横向骨搬移血运重建技术治疗糖尿病手部溃疡的临床疗效.方法 2015年4月-2016年9月,采用桡骨横向骨搬移技术治疗糖尿病手部坏疽患者5例.手部坏疽严重程度参考Wagner分级法,其中3级1例,4级4例.结果 5例糖尿病手部溃疡均得到愈合,无截肢.2例患者进行了肌腱功能重建术.结论 桡骨横向骨搬移血运重建技术治疗糖尿病手部溃疡疗效确切,保肢率高,良好的血糖控制及患者的依从性是保障疗效的关键.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of radius transverse transport technique in the management of diabetic hand ulcers. Methods From April 2015 to September 2016, we had performed the radius transverse transport technique on 5 cases of diabetic hand ulcer patients （according to the Wagner grading criteria, 1 case was grade 3 and 4 cases were grade 4）. Results All of the ulcers in 5 patients healed, no amputation procedure were performed. 2 patients undewent tendon reconstruction procedure. Conclusion Radius transverse transport technique has exact effect on the treatment of diabetic hand ulcer, which could accomplish high limb salvage rate. Satisfactory glucose level and patient compliance are the key to successful treatment.
