摘  要:波纹巴非蛤是我国浅海养殖的新品种,开展人工育苗研究具有重要意义。在实验室条件下,以光照培养箱来调节,研究了水温(15、20、25、30℃和35℃)和盐度(15、20、25、30和35)对波纹巴非蛤胚胎、幼虫及稚贝发育的影响。结果显示,水温30℃、盐度30最适合波纹巴非蛤胚胎发育;幼体存活率、附着率及变态率最高;稚贝生长最快。Calm Paphia undulatais the new species cultured in shallow sea in China.and of great significnace in artificial breeding of the clam.The development of the clam was observed at water temperatures of15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃,and 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ and a salinity of embryo,larva and juvenile of 15,20,25,30,and 35 in a laboratory to investigated to the effect of temperature and salinity on development of the clam.The results showed that the optimal embryonic development of the clam was observed at water temperature of 30 ℃ and a salinity of 30.During the development of larvae,the maximal survival rate,adhesive rate and metamorphosis rate of larvae and specific growth rate of early juveniles were found at water temperature of 30 ℃ and a salinity of 30.This findings indicate the optimal condition of calm P. undulata and provide the foundation for calm breeding.
