摘 要:用热浸镀法在Q235钢板表面制备了Zn-0.05%Al-xNi(x=0.02,0.05,0.09,0.12mass%)合金镀层,用光学显微镜、维氏硬度计、摩擦试验机及中性盐雾和全浸腐蚀试验研究Ni含量对镀层形貌、显微组织、硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随Ni含量增加,Zn-0.05%Al-xNi合金镀层的表面状况变差,厚度先减小后增加,硬度和耐磨时间先增加后减小,摩擦系数增大,腐蚀速率先减小后增加;Ni含量为0.05%时,镀层厚度薄,组织致密,耐磨和耐腐蚀性能好。Zn-0.05%Al-xNi(x = 0.02,0.05,0.09,0.12 mass%) alloy coatings with smooth appearance and excellent properties were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by hot-dip galvanizing.The effects of Ni content on surface morphology,microstructure,hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy coatings were investigated by means of optical microscope,Vickers hardness test,friction testing machine,neutral salt spray and full immersion corrosion test.The results show that with the increasing of Ni content,the surface finish of the coatings becomes worse and the thickness decreases first then increases,the hardness and wear-resisting time increase first then decrease,the friction coefficient increases and the corrosion rate decreases first then increases.When the content of Ni is 0.05%,the thickness of the alloy coatings is thin,the microstructure is dense,the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance are good.
