化积口服液促小鼠胃肠动力作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究化积口服液治疗小儿厌食、疳积等疾病的作用机理。结果:本研究通过小鼠小肠推进功能试验及胃排空试验,对化积口服液促进小鼠胃肠动力作用进行了初步研究。结果:与模型组比较,化积口服液能促进硫酸阿托品负荷小鼠小肠推进功能(P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,化积口服液能促进小鼠胃排空(P<0.05)。结论:化积口服液具有增强小鼠小肠推进功能,促进胃排空的作用。Objective： In order to reveal its mechanism of Huaji oral liquid for treatment of infantile anorexia,malnutrition and other diseases. Methods： We researched the effect of Huaji oral liquid in promoting gastrointestinal motility through the test of mouse intestinal propulsion and gastric emptying. Results： Compared with the model group,Huaji oral liquid can increase the intestinal propulsive function of mice injected with atropine sulfate（P 〈0. 05）. And compared with the normal group,Huaji oral liquid help to enhance the gastric emptying（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： We confirmed the effect of Huaji oral liquid in increase mice intestinal propulsive function and gastric emptying.
