摘  要:目的了解惠州市某水厂水源及供水中抗生素分布特征及其对人体的健康风险,为饮用水中抗生素等新型污染物健康风险评估提供科学依据。方法 2016年10~11月对某水厂的水源水、出厂水、末梢水进行采集,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对水中的46种抗生素浓度进行检测,采用国际上常用的蒙特卡罗法对水中抗生素污染的人体健康风险进行评价。结果采集的3种水体中,水源水、出厂水均检测出抗生素残留,末梢水未检出。水源水中检出11种抗生素,检出浓度为0.06~20.79ng/L。11种抗生素通过水源水饮用水途径对成人总风险为1.86×10-4,对儿童的总风险为4.64×10-4,无水红霉素通过出厂水饮用水途径对成人和儿童总风险分别为7.38×10-6和1.84×10-5,而末梢水中未检出有抗生素,各类风险均<1。结论该水厂供水中抗生素分布水平不会对人体产生明显的健康危害。Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of antibiotics and its health risks to humans in a wa- ter plant water in Huizhou city,so as to provide the scientific basis for health risk assessment of new pollutants such as antibiotics in drinking water. Methods From October to November 2016, source water, factory water, and peripheral water were collected from a water plant. The concentrations of 46 antibiotics in water were determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The internationally accepted Monte Carlo method was used to evaluate the human health risk of antibiotic contamination in water. Results Among the three kinds of water collected, antibiotic residues were detected in water source and ex-factory water. The peripheral water was not detected. Eleven kinds of antibiotics were detected in water. The detection concentration was 0.06-20.79 ng/L. The total risk to adults of 11 anti- biotics through drinking water drinking water route was 1.86 ×10^-4. The total risk for children was 4.64×10^-4. The total risk of anhydrous erythromycin to adult and children through the factory water drinking water route was 7.38 ×10^-6 and 1.84 ×10^-6. No peripherai blood antibiotics were detected,all types of risks were 〈1. Conclusion The distribution of antibiotics in the water supply of the waterworks will not cause obvious health hazards to the human body.
