摘 要:目的建立和完善氢氧根离子色谱法测定饮用水中的溴酸盐的方法。方法采用戴安AS19离子色谱柱,进样量500μl,柱温35℃,检测器温度30℃,10~35mmol/L的KOH作为淋洗液进行梯度淋洗,淋洗液流速1.0ml/min,水样经银小柱处理后,再过0.22μm的滤膜后上机测定。结果饮用水中溴酸盐在0.005~0.1mg/L范围内可获得良好线性关系,r值为0.999 7;检出限为0.005mg/L;相对标准偏差为0.86%~2.96%;回收率为90%~104%。结论此方法操作简单,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,重现性好,适用于饮用水中溴酸盐的测定。Objective To establish and perfect a method for determination of bromate in drinking water by the hydroxyl ion chromatography analysis technology. Methods The gradient elution was carried out with Dionex AS19 column,injection volume of 500μl, column temperature of 35 ℃, detector temperature of 30 ℃ and KOH concentration of 10-35 mmol/L. The eluent flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,The water sample was treated by a silver column and then filtered through a 0.22 μm membrane filter. Results The linear range was 0. 005 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L for bromate in drinking water,the r was 0. 999 7, the detection limit was 0. 005 mg/L, the relative standard deviation was 0.86 %-2.96 % and the recovery was 90%-104%. Conclusion The method is simple in operation,high un sensitivity,with wide linear range, good re producibility,and suitable for the determination of bromate in drinking water.
