摘　　要：我国在推动建筑工业化发展过程中存在诸多障碍因素,其中设计标准不健全便是最突出的因素之一。首先分析我国建筑工业化中设计标准化存在的现状与问题,然后借鉴国外工业化建筑设计标准化的经验,最后结合我国的实际情况,提出以政府为主导建立标准化设计体系,以及建立以标准化审查为核心的设计审查机制,有效促进设计标准化的实现以推动建筑工业化的发展。There are many barriers in the development of construction industrialization in China. The main obstacle is the unsound design standards of modular buildings. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of design standardization in China＇s construction industrialization, and then draw lessons from the experience of the foreign design standardization of industrial construction. Finally, combined with China＇s actual situation, puts forward to establish a government-led standardized design system, and the design review mechanism to standardization examination as the core, in order to promote the design standardization and construction industrialization.
