引进芬兰种母蓝狐配种前期体重对繁殖性能的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨种母蓝狐配种前期体重对其繁殖性能的影响,试验将2015年底从芬兰引进的240只种母蓝狐分为4组,体重（2016年2月24日称量结果）分别为9.0 kg及以上（Ⅰ组）、8.0-9.0 kg（Ⅱ组）、7.0-8.0 kg（Ⅲ组）和7.0 kg及以下（Ⅳ组）,统计分析各组母蓝狐的发情时间、发情率、妊娠率、空怀率、流产率及剖宫产率等数据,评估配种前期种母蓝狐体重对其繁殖效果的影响。结果表明：种母蓝狐体重超过8.0 kg（含8.0 kg）时,发情时间延长且相对分散,妊娠率和窝产仔数显著低于其他组（P〈0.05）,且繁殖母蓝狐空怀率、剖宫产率和窝产仔全部死亡数等明显高于其他组（P〈0.05）。体重低于7.0 kg（含7.0 kg）的母蓝狐繁殖效果最佳。引进的芬兰种母蓝狐的适宜配种日期为2016年3月20日—4月10日,在此期间平均发情率可达（88.33±3.56）%,平均妊娠率可达（82.99±7.38）%。The aim of the present study was to identify the effects of the female blue foxes weight on the reproductive performance in the early copulation season.The 240 heads breeding female blue foxes,which were introduced from Finland at the end of 2015,were randomly divided into four groups.The weight（according to the weighting results at February 24,2016） was 9.0 kg or more in group Ⅰ,8.0-9.0 kg in groupⅡ,7.0-8.0 kg in group Ⅲ,and less than 7.0 kg in group Ⅳ.The effects of the early copulation weight on breeding performance were evaluated through statistical analysis the test data of estrus period,estrus rate,pregnancy rate,empty rate,abortion rate,caesarean section rate and so on.The results showed as follows： when the early copulation weight of breeding female blue foxes was more than 8.0 kg（including 8.0 kg）,the estrus period was extended and relatively dispersed,and the pregnancy rate and litter size were significantly lower than those of other groups（P〈0.05）.The empty rate,caesarean section rate and whole litter size morality of over 8.0 kg breeding female foxes were significantly higher than those of other groups（P〈0.05）.When the early copulation weight was less than 7.0 kg（including 7.0 kg）,the female foxes could perform the best breeding results.The appropriate copulation period of the introduced blue foxes was from March 20,2016 to April 10,2016,and during this period,the average estrus rate was（88.33±3.56） %,and the average pregnancy rate was（82.99±7.38） %.
