蛤蚧五口虫病的诊断

摘　　要：为了确诊云南省某地区蛤蚧养殖场发病蛤蚧是否感染五口虫病,试验采用临床诊断、病理剖检及分子生物学诊断等方法,对患病蛤蚧及饵料土元进行检查。结果表明：患病蛤蚧口腔发炎,剖检可见唇部、齿龈有糜烂病灶,肺脏膨胀,肝脏肿大,与五口虫病的病理变化相符,肺囊黏液镜检可见疑似五口虫体,PCR检测结果为五口虫病阳性。说明患病蛤蚧患有五口虫病,土元可能是引起蛤蚧发病的传染源。In order to confirm the pentastomiasis infection of Gekko gecko in a Gekko gecko farm of Yunnan province,the sick Gekko gecko and Ground beetle in baits were inspected using the clinical diagnosis,pathological anatomy and molecular biology methods. The results showed that the sick Gekko gecko presented oral inflammation,lip and gum erosion lesions,lung expansion,liver enlargement by necropsy,which were consistent with pathological changes of pentastomiasis. Microscopic examination of pulmonary cystic mucus found suspected insect bodies. PCR test of Gekko gecko and Ground beetle in baits showed positive result for pentastomiasis. These indicted that the sick Gekko gecko was suffered from pentastomiasis,and the Ground beetle in baits may be the infection source caused the disease of Gekko gecko.
