摘 要:以某远洋船舶主机的热力系统为研究对象,将船舶主机热力系统简化为4个子系统,利用工程热力学及传热学的相关理论,对主机热力系统的具体设备进行热力学分析。通过Matlab中的Simulink工具分别建立热力系统中具体设备的仿真模型,并用模块化建模方法在具体设备模型基础上构建子系统模型,然后通过子系统之间的热力耦合关系组成船舶主机热力系统的整体模型,获取热力系统网络关键节点的流量、压力、温度和热交换量值,从而能够预测出在各种工况下,主机热力管路系统关键节点流体特性。This article is basing on a ship's main engine thermal system as the research object, the ship main engine thermal system is divided into four subsystems by simplifying analysis. Using the theory of engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer, thermodynamics analysis was carried out to the specific equipment of the main engine thermal system, respectively setting up simulation model of specific equipment to the thermal system through modularized simulation model by using Simulink tools in Matlab, and establishing a subsystem simulation model by modular, forming the whole model of ship main engine thermal system by thermodynamic coupling relationship between subsystems.By modular modeling method,obtaining the quantity of flow and pressure and temperature and heat change value of main engine thermal system, and predict the system all kinds of operation condition on characteristic parameters of key note on main engine thermal pipeline.
