摘 要:泡沫浮选是分选细粒矿物的有效方法。以浮选设备低能量损耗、高能量转化率为原则,结合喷射式浮选机与机械搅拌式浮选机的优点,与射流技术的有机耦合,设计了Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型2种新型浮选装置,介绍了2种装置的结构和工作原理,探讨了喷射吸气与搅拌吸气方式对气泡粒径分布、气泡矿化及流场均匀性的影响。Ⅰ型结合喷射吸气与搅拌吸气2种方式,能够实现浮选装置大吸气量、气泡粒径分布均匀、流场稳定。Ⅱ型喷射吸气搅拌型浮选机能在较低能耗、较低转速下得到较大吸气量,获得均匀的气液固三相流场。喷嘴的工况参数(入流压力、气液比等)、结构参数(喷嘴距、截面比等)是影响能量转化、浮选效果优劣的关键因素。本装置能同时对矿浆进行预处理和浮选。Froth flotation is an effective separation method for fine minerals.Incorporated the principle of the flotation equipment with less power consumption,high energy conversion,two new types of flotation devices were designed by coupling jet technology.The effect of jet inspiration and stirring inspiration on particle size distribution of bubbles,bubble mineralization and flow field uniformity were researched.Jet inspiration and stirring inspiration aare combined in the Ⅱ type,which can realize large inspiratory capacity,uniform distribution of bubble size and stable flow field.The Ⅱ type is able to get large inspiratory capacity and uniform three phase flow field under the lower energy consumption and lower speed.The energy transformation and flotation efficiency are affectd by operating mode and structural parameters,such as inflow pressure,gas-liquid ratio,nozzle spacing,section ratio and so on. The flotation device achieves the purpose of pretreatment and flotation.
