摘  要:介绍了中国石油四川石化有限责任公司硫磺回收联合装置的工艺原理和特点,分析了酸性气质量、催化剂性能、液硫脱气、尾气处理、装置负荷以及设备防腐等制约尾气达标排放的主要影响因素。提出将上游加氢装置循环氢脱硫塔及富胺液闪蒸罐的撇油线改为去污油罐以避免富胺液带油、将溶剂再生装置富胺液闪蒸罐扩容并降低闪蒸压力(压力控制指标0.03~0.20 MPa)、将硫磺回收装置液硫脱气废气改至制硫燃烧炉措施。结果表明:改造前贫胺液H2S的质量浓度平均值为0.77 g/L,蒸汽单耗均值为160 kg/t,技术改造后贫胺液H2S的质量浓度平均值为0.26 g/L,蒸汽单耗均值为127 kg/t。硫磺回收装置排放尾气中SO2的质量浓度降至200~300 mg/m^3。投用络合铁液相氧化脱硫工艺后理论上排放尾气中SO2的质量浓度可降至100 mg/m3以下,满足大气污染物标准排放要求。The process mechanisms and characteristics of sulfur recovery complex in PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co. ,Ltd is introduced. The main impact factors affecting the on-spec emission of tail gas are analyzed such as sour gas quality, catalyst performances, liquid de-gassing, tail gas treatment, load of unit and corrosion protection of equipment, etc. It is recommended that the sludge oil tank be provided for the oil removal section of upstream hydro-desulfurization tower and rich amine flash tank to avoid the oil carry-over of rich amine. In solvent regeneration unit, the volume of rich amine flash tank is expanded, the flash pressure is reduced (pressure is controlled at 0.03 -0.20 MPa). In the sulfur recovery unit, the off gas from desulfuriza- tion and de-gassing is introduced to the combustion furnace for sulfur making. The results show that, after re- vamping, the average H2S mass concentration is O. 26 g/L and steam consumption is 127 kg/t as compared with 0.77g/L of H2S in lean amine and 160 kg/t of steam consumption before the revamping. The SO2 in tail gas emission of sulfur recovery unit is lowered to 200 - 300 mg/m3. After application of desulfurization process of complex iron liquid oxidation, the theoretical SO2 emission concentration in tail gas is reduced to lower than 100 mg/m^3, which meets the emission standard of air pollutants.
