摘 要:中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院采用性能优异的改性复合分子筛为主要裂化组分,用先制备催化剂载体后再浸渍活性金属的方法制备了新一代灵活型加氢裂化催化剂,用于多产优质中间馏分油和低BMCI值加氢裂化尾油。相比较同类型的加氢裂化催化剂,虽然新催化剂的分子筛用量只有原来的67%,但表现出了裂化活性更高、中间馏分油选择性更好以及加氢裂化尾油BMCI值更低的特点。以伊朗VGO为原料,在控制相同转化率的条件下,与同类型催化剂相比,反应温度降低了5℃,中间馏分油选择性提高了2.9百分点,加氢裂化尾油的BMCI值降低1单位以上。新催化剂制备过程简单,反应过程稳定性好,产品适应性强。A hydrocracking catalyst was successfully prepared using the modified composite molecular sieves of excellent performance as the main cracking component by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP), which can be used to produce more high quality middle distillates and low BMCI value of tail oil in hydrocracking process. Compared with the same type catalyst, the new catalyst showed higher cracking activity, better selectivity of middle distillates, and lower BMCI value of tail oil, even al- though the dosage of modified composite molecular sieves was only 67% dosage of molecular sieve in refer- ence. The hydrocracking performance of the new catalyst using Iranian VGO as feedstock with the same con- version showed that the reaction temperature was decreased by 5 ℃, the selectivity of middle distillates was in- creased by 2.9%, BMCI value of tail oil was reduced by over 1 unit. The preparation process of new catalyst was simple, and the new catalyst showed good stability and strong adaptability.
