摘  要:采用薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产无取向电工钢具有许多优势,但唐钢在生产50W600及以上牌号无取向电工钢时经常产生瓦楞状缺陷。为此,分析了生产50W600牌号出现瓦楞状缺陷的原因,并提出了调整化学成分以扩大奥氏体相区,提高粗轧温度并加大粗轧压下量的方法,明显减少了50W600产品瓦楞状缺陷。There were many advantages of non-oriented electrical steel produced by thin slab continuous casting process, but corru- gated defecl was found in surface of middle grade 50W600 and higher grade non-oriented electrical steel in Tangsteel. Therefore, its foremation causes were analyzed. The controlling methods of adjusting chemical composition to expand the temperature range of γ phase region,improving the roughing rolling temperature and increasing the roughing roiling reduction were put forward. The defect was obviously decreased by using these methods.
