摘　　要：当今绝大多数的彩涂板生产线为溶剂型辊涂工艺,其排放的废气严重污染大气,是形成雾霾的原因之一。介绍了一种新型绿色环保的彩色涂层板生产新工艺,分析了该机组的技术亮点。通过传统溶剂辊涂生产工艺与粉末喷涂工艺的对比,从工艺、能耗及运营成本、产品性能、环境影响等方面作了详细分析,指出了粉末彩涂板的广阔发展前景。The main style of color coating line is the solvent color coating. However, it exhausts gases which seriously pollute the atmosphere, and this is one of the reasons for the formation of haze. A new technology and its technical advantages of a new pow- der color coating line were introduced. In contrast to the traditional solvent color coating line, this new powder coating line shows vast potential for the future development, with advantages in process, energy consumption, running cost, product property and en- vironmental effect.
