摘  要:针对福建三钢二棒生产线加热炉坯料加热温度不均,提出了采用延时换向优化控制的燃烧控制方式。此控制方式根据特定工况确定实时煤气调节阀的阀位开度,通过调整每对烧嘴的间歇延时时间以达到稳定控制坯料出炉温度均匀性的要求。实践证明:采用该方法,坯料温度均匀,在小流量、低热负荷工况下的加热效果有明显改善。In view of billet reheating temperature uneven of No. 2 bar rolling line of Sansteel, a commutation delay intermittent combustion control method for reheating furnace was put forward. The real-time gas regulating valve opening degree under the specific conditions was determined by this method. The billet temperature uniformity was obtained by adjusting the delay time in- terval of each pair of burners. Practice production show that the control method has good control effect on billet temperature uni- formity, and the heating effect have improved significantly at low flow and low heat load conditions.
