微弱原子荧光光场测量系统的设计

摘  要:在原子光学、量子通信、生物医学、食品安全和激光测量研究等领域,常常需要对荧光信号进行测量。而这些荧光信号的强度往往十分微弱,一般的探测方法难以检测。因此,针对微弱原子荧光光场分布信息的探测需求,设计搭建了一套测量系统。选用硅光电倍增管作为测量系统的探测元件,设计了跨阻放大电路来实现微弱电流信号的放大,并利用MultiSim软件对电路进行仿真分析,最终完成了测量系统的搭建、实现了对微弱光场的测量。实验结果表明,该系统可以很好地满足微弱光场分布信息的测量需求。It often needs to detect fluorescence signals in science research,such as atomic optics,quantum communications,biomedicine,food safety and laser measurements.However,the fluorescence signals are always very faint and difficult to measure.Therefore,a measurement system was developed to detect the extreme faint fluorescence signals.A Si-photomultiplier tube was used as a detection element in the measuring system.A trans-impedance amplifying circuit was designed to amplify the weak current signal.The circuitry was simulated by MultiSim software.Finally,the system was completed to detect the optical field.The experimental results show that the system can well meet the measurement requirements of the very faint light field distribution information.
