大蒜肠溶片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨大蒜肠溶片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法 122例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各61例。对照组单纯给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,观察组给予大蒜肠溶片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗。比较两组外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病转归情况、症状转阴时间、白带检查正常时间及治疗前后患者健康水平、阴道清洁度。结果观察组总有效率为98.36%,高于对照组的85.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组健康水平、阴道清洁度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组健康水平、阴道清洁优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状转阴时间、白带检查正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大蒜肠溶片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床疗效肯定,可有效改善患者临床症状,促使假丝酵母菌转阴,提升阴道清洁度和健康水平,缩短疗程,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of garlic enteric-coated tablets combined with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 122 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules,and the observation group was treated with garlic enteric-coated tablets combined with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules.Comparison were made on conversion of vulvovaginal candidiasis,negative-conversion time of symptoms,normal time of leucorrhea and the health level and vaginal cleanliness degree before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 98.36% than 85.25% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,both groups had on statistically significant difference in health level and vaginal cleanliness degree（P〉0.05）.After treatment,both groups had better health level and vaginal cleanliness degree than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group had shorter negative-conversion time of symptoms,normal time of leucorrhea than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of garlic enteric-coated tablets and nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules shows affirmative clinical efficacy in treating vulvovaginal candidiasis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote Ccandida negative-conversion,improve vaginal cleanliness and health level,and shorten the course of treatment.It is worth promoting.
