鼻翼软骨移植对鼻尖肥大整形术患者术后塑形效果及鼻部生理功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻翼软骨移植对鼻尖肥大整形术患者术后塑形效果及鼻部生理功能的影响。方法 70例行鼻尖肥大整形术患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组采用开放式鼻尖缝合术,观察组采用鼻翼软骨移植填充鼻尖,对两组患者术后塑形效果及鼻部生理功能进行观察。结果观察组患者术后鼻背抬高(5.02±0.47)mm、鼻尖突出(4.51±0.36)mm均明显高于对照组(3.77±0.25)、(3.21±0.28)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术前后鼻腔纤毛运动速率及鼻腔阻力等鼻部生理功能对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两组手术方案对鼻部生理功能造成影响无差异,但鼻翼软骨移植塑形效果更好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the influence of nasal alar cartilage transplantation on postoperative shaping effect and nasal physiological function in patients with nasal tip hypertrophy. Methods A total of 70 patients with nasal tip hypertrophy as study subjects were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received open nasal tip suture, and the observation group received nasal alar cartilage transplantation for filling nasal tip. Observation were made on postoperative shaping effect and nasal physiological function. Results The observation group had postoperative elevation of asal dorsum as（5.02±0.47） mm, nasal tip protrusion as（4.51±0.36） mm, which were all obviously higher than（3.77±0.25） and（3.21±0.28） mm in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in nasal physiological function of nasal cilia movement rate and nasal resistance before and after operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is no difference of two surgical procedures affecting the nasal physiological function, but the shaping effect of nasal alar cartilage transplantation is better. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
