摘 要:固定顶油罐,在火灾条件下,存在着较大的爆炸危险性,而罐体的形变量与固定顶油罐的爆炸存在着一定的相关性,因此探究一种行之有效的火灾条件下固定顶油罐罐体形变量测量方法具有重要的实践意义。本文通过分析火灾条件下固定顶油罐罐体形变量测量的难点和实际需求,采用现有的三维测量技术,提出了光学测量系统和雷达测量系统两种方案,并结合实验,对这两类方法在实际运用中优点及存在的问题进行了研究,为进一步研发现场测量系统提供理论和实验支撑。There is a large explosion risk in a fixed roof oil tank under fire condition. Certain correlation exists between the tank deformation value and the explosion. So it is of great practical significance to explore an effective measuring method of the tank deformation in fire. Through analyzing the difficulties and practical needs of the deformation measurement, two schemes of optical measurement system and radar measurement system were put forward based on the existing three dimensional measurement technologies. The advantages and problems of the two methods in practical application are studied combined with experiments to provide theoretical and experimental support for further research and development of field measurement system.
