摘  要:为合理解决位于深厚覆盖层上河网交汇区某住宅工程建筑群地下室渗水问题,分析了地下室渗水的原因,针对该小区的地形地质条件,建立了三维有限元模型,提出了垂直防渗、水平防渗和排水措施三种方案,考虑到渗控范围并结合经济性进行比较分析.结果表明:垂直防渗方案只有将垂直防渗墙深度打到50m以上(不透水基岩处),并向上下游延伸100m才能控制地下水位到预定高程(46.5m),但经济性较差;排水措施能够控制地下水位至46.32m,但是渗漏量较大,每天超过12万m^3,需设置较强的抽排系统,经济性一般;水平防渗措施有效的降低了小区的地下水位至预定高程(46.5m),且经济性最好.研究结果为具有类似条件的地下水位控制工程的设计和施工提供参考.In order to solve the seepage problem of residential buildings basement in the river confluence area on the deep overburden,this paper analyzes the causes of the seepage problem; a 3D finite element model is built according to the topographic and geological conditions of the area; and three schemes such as vertical seepage control, horizontal seepage prevention and drainage are put forward and analyzed according to the seepage control range and economical efficiency. The results show that the vertical seepage control scheme has some effects in the condition that the length of the vertical cutoff wall is more than 50 m,and extend 100 m upstream and downstream; so the economy is the worst; the drainage measures can control the water table to 46.32 m,but the leakage is large, more than 120 thousand ma per day, needing to set up a strong pumping system; the economy is better; the horizontal seepage control measures can effectively reduce the groundwater table of the area to a predetermined elevation(46.5 m); and the economy is the best. The research results provide reference for the design and construction of groundwater control project with similar conditions.
