摘  要:联调联试是铁路工程项目竣工验收的重要环节,蒙内铁路联调联试首次将我国铁路联调联试技术和方法应用到海外120?km/h速度等级铁路。针对蒙内铁路工务工程、通信信号、信息管理等多个系统设计联调联试测试方案,论述轨道、道岔、路基、桥梁、通信、信号、信息系统等联调联试的关键技术,从安全保障、指挥管理体系等方面对现场组织实施的管控要点进行归纳提炼,为我国铁路海外工程开展联调联试提供参考经验。Joint commissioning and testing is a crucial part of the acceptance of railway engineering projects. During the joint commissioning and testing of Mombasa-Nairobi Railway, the techniques and methods used in China railway were, for the first time, applied to an oversea railway at 120 km/h speed level. Aiming at various systems of Mombasa-Nairobi Railway including track maintenance engineering, communication & signaling and information management, the plan for joint commissioning and testing was designed. Key techniques of joint commissioning and testing were illustrated with respect to track, turnout, subgrade, bridge, communication, signal, information system, etc. The key points of management and control of on-site organization were summarized in terms of safety assurance and command management system, serving as a reference for the joint commissioning and testing of China railway's oversea projects.
