德治与法治的政治治理应用及契合点分析

摘　　要：在中国古代历史长河中以儒家思想为基础的德治和以法家思想为基础的法治是贯穿整个政治制度建设中的主流,两种治理模式交替更迭,共同推动着中国古代政治制度的演变与发展。本文着重从两种治理模式的主要思想出发,探讨两种不同模式的政治治理应用,寻求模式之间的契合点。In Chinese ancient history of China by Confucianism as the foundation of rule by virtue in legalism and the thought as the foundation of rule of law is throughout the entire political system of the construction of the mainstream,two management mode alternate and promote the Chinese ancient political system evolution and the development of this article emphatically from the two management mode of the main ideas,this paper discusses two kinds of different models of political management application,seek the correspondence of between mode.
