无喉患者食管发音康复训练体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解无喉患者食管发音康复训练的体验,为无喉患者成功进行食管发音提供帮助。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对10例食管发音康复训练的无喉患者进行非结构访谈,并运用现象学分析方法进行资料分析。结果提炼出4个主题:康复训练前的体验、康复训练中的支持和指导、康复训练后的收获及渴望参加康复训练班。结论无喉患者在康复训练前、中、后有不同的感受,康复训练团队应采取针对性措施提高患者食管发音成功率。Objective To study the experience of oesophageal voice rehabilitation training for laryngectomees to provide help for them to make oesophageal voice. Method 10 laryngectomees undergoing oesophageal voice rehabilitation t^caining receive unstructured interview by phenomenological research approach of qualitative research. Analyze the information by phenomenological research approach. Result 4 themes of experience before rehabilitation training, support and guidance during rehabilitation training, gain from rehabilitation training and eager for joining training class are extracted. Conclusion Laryngectomees have different experience before, during and after rehabilitation training. The training team should take corresponding measures to improve success rate of patients＂ oesophageal voice.
