摘  要:简述了水处理及水汽理化系统故障案例,通过具体分析故障原因,得出加强次氯酸钠重要指标的验收、控制出水余氯,可有效防止加药管堵塞;机组停运前应先停运高速混床;汽包锅炉在少量树脂漏入水汽系统后,可在采取措施保证给水、炉水pH正常的情况下,不停机处理;机组启动阶段采用全挥发性处理,即通过加氨、联氨控制炉水pH,有效减少汽机高压缸的积盐,提高汽机效率。The water treatment and water vapor regulation system failure cases are described briefly. By analyzing the causes of the failures specifically,it is known that strengthening the acceptance of the important indexes of sodium hypochlorite,and controlling the residual chlorine in the effluent can effectively prevent the dosing pipes from blockage. Before the unit stops running,the high-speed mixed bed should be stopped running first. When a small amount of resin leaked into the water vapor system in drum boiler,there is no need to have machine halt under the following condition: measures has been taken to assure that the water is supplied and the boiler water pH is normal. The total volatile treatment is used in the start-up stage. It means that the boiler water pH can be controlled by adding ammonia and hydrazine,reducing the accumulated salt of steam turbine HP cylinder,and increasing the efficiency of steam turbine effectively.
