摘 要:目的建立同时测定乳痛丸中丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮和丹参酮I三种丹参酮类成分含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Thermo-Syncronis C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为270 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μl。结果丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮和丹参酮I组分分离良好,线性范围合理(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2%;平均加样回收率分别为99.12%(RSD=0.79%,n=9)、100.13%(RSD=0.51%,n=9)、98.62%(RSD=0.49%,n=9)。结论该方法结果准确、重复性好,可用于同时测定乳痛丸中的丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮和丹参酮I含量。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of three kinds of tanshinones including tanshinone ⅡA,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone I in Rutong pills.Methods RP-HPLC was performed on the column of Thermo-Syncronis C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm) with acetonitrle-0.02% phosphate solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl.Results The tanshinone components including tanshinone ⅡA,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone I had separated excellently with reasonable linear range(r = 0.999 9); The RSD of precision,stability,reproducibility tests were lower than 2%; The average sample recovery rates were 99.12%(RSD = 0.79%,n = 9),100.13%(RSD = 0.51%,n = 9) and 98.62%(RSD = 0.49%,n = 9),respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of tanshinone ⅡA,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone I in Rutong pills.
