苗药苦竹叶的生药学鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的对苗药苦竹叶进行鉴别研究。方法采用性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法、薄层色谱鉴别法,以临床有混淆使用的淡竹叶作为对照药材进行鉴别研究。结果苦竹叶呈细长卷筒装,叶缘有细锯齿,味苦,上表皮偶见垂轴式气孔,长非腺毛较少且细,可见栅栏细胞碎片及导管,薄层色谱可见明显的牡荆素斑点;淡竹叶皱缩卷曲,叶片广披针形,下表面可见明显的长方形网格脉纹,全缘,味淡,残留有淡绿色草质茎。结论以上特征可作为苦竹叶快速鉴别的依据,也为区别淡竹叶提供参考,为苦竹叶进一步质量评价提供实验基础。Objective To study the identification of Pleioblastus Folium.Methods Taking Lophatheri herba which is confused used in clinic as a succedaneum reference medicine to identify the study by using the identification method of traits,microscopic identification method,TLC identification method.Results Pleioblastus Folium was thin roll,leaf edge with fine serrated,bitter,the upper epidermis occasionally vertical axis stomata,long non-glandular hair less and fine,visible fence cell debris and catheter,thin layer chromatography visible vitex.Lophatheri herba wrinkled curly,leaf blade wide and lanceolate,the lower surface can be seen obvious rectangular grid veins,whole,tasteless,residual light green grass stems.Conclusion The above characteristics could be used as the basis for the rapid identification of Pleioblastus Folium,but also provided a reference for distinguishing Lophatheri herba and provided an experimental basis for further quality evaluation of Pleioblastus Folium.
