摘　　要：笔者面对全国公共图书馆事业飞速发展的大好局面,通过对略阳县图书馆五年来不平凡发展历程的回忆,阐述了在党的十九大精神指引下,基层公共图书馆如何进一步发挥弘扬地域文化、倡导全民阅读的积极作用。With the rapid development of national public library cause, the author reviews the extraordinary journey of Lueyang County Library in the past five years, and expounds how the grass-roots public library further promote the regional culture and advocate the active role of nationwide reading under the guidance of the spirit of the Nineteenth Party Congresses.
