摘 要:以一元碱Na OH(氢氧化钠)、二元碱Ca(OH)_2(氢氧化钙)、有机碱(HO—CH_2—CH_2)_3—N(三乙醇胺)和强碱弱酸盐Na_2SO_3(亚硫酸钠)作为不同的催化剂,采用碱-酸-碱法合成了UF(脲醛树脂)胶粘剂,并着重探讨了不同催化剂对UF胶粘剂游离甲醛含量、粘接强度、固化时间及固含量等影响。研究结果表明:以Ca(OH)_2为催化剂、M(三聚氰胺)为改性剂,所得UF胶粘剂的游离甲醛含量和粘接强度均达到了国家标准要求,而胶合板的甲醛释放量达到E_2级指标、耐水性明显改善。With unitary alkali NaOH (sodium hydroxide), diacidic alkali Ca (OH) 2 (calcium hydroxide), and organic alkali (HO--CH2--CH2) 3-N (triethanolamine) and strong alkali-weak acid salt Na2SO3 (sodium sulfite) as different catalysts, an UF(urea formaldehyde resin) adhesive was synthesized by alkali-acid-alkali process. And the influences of different catalysts on free formaldehyde content, bonding strength, curing time, and solid content of UF adhesive were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the free formaldehyde content and bonding strength of UF adhesive could meet the national standard requirements, and the formaldehyde emission of plywood could meet the E2 level, and the water resistance of plywood could also be obviously improved when Ca(OH)2 was used as catalyst, and M (melamine) was used as modifier.
