摘 要:为了研究枣树叶片叶绿素年变化规律,以甘肃沿黄灌区23个枣树品种为材料,运用分光光度法测定叶绿素含量,研究了枣树不同生育期叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量和叶绿素a/b值的变化问题。结果表明,在枣树整个生育期,不同品种的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量的变化趋势相同,从展叶期(5月10日)到枣晚熟期(10月9日),叶绿素含量不断增加,而叶绿素a/b值呈缓慢下降趋势;23个枣树品种叶片叶绿素a、b及总量(a+b)的年平均含量分别为3.336~4.986、0.798~1.506mg·dm^(-2)和4.134~6.489mg·dm^(-2),a/b的比值为3.306~4.192。所有供试枣树品种中蜂蜜罐枣和晋赞大枣的叶绿素含量较高,而新郑早红枣和小梨枣的叶绿素含量较低。方差分析结果显示,不同枣树品种在不同生育期叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总含量和叶绿素a/b比值均存在显著的品种间差异(P<0.05),叶绿素含量受品种遗传特性的影响较大。To study the regularity of chlorophyll content in jujube leaves,23 jujube varieties in the irrigation area along the Yellow River in Gansu were tested with spectrophotometric method, the changes of chlorophyll content in leaves at different growth stages of jujube were determined,including chlorophyll a,b,a+ b and a/b. The results showed that in the whole jujube growth period,the contents of chlorophyll a,b and a+b of different varieties increased gradually from the leaf stage (May 10th) to the late maturing period (October 9th) ,but a/b reduced slowly. The annual average contents of chlorophyll a,b and a+b in the leaves of 23 jujube varieties were about from 3. 336 mg· dm -2 to 4. 986 mg· dm -2,from0.798 mg. dm-2 to 1. 506 rag. dm 2,and from 4. 134 mg. dm 2 to 6. 489 mg. dm-2,respectively,andtheratioofa/bwasabout from 3. 306 to 4. 192. In all the tested varieties,the chlorophyll contents of Mifengguanzao and Jinzan were higher,while the chlorophyll contents of Xinzhengzaohongzao and Xiaolizao were lower. The results of variance analysis showed that the chlorophyll contents of different jujube cultivars were influenced by the genetic characteristics of different varieties. There were significant differences in chlorophyll a, b, a+b and a/b ratios at different growth stages (P〈0. 05).
