摘  要:以银灰杨(Populus canescens)为试验材料,采用水培试验,研究不同浓度镉(Cd)胁迫(0(CK)、10、30、50μmol·L^(-1)和70μmol·L^(-1))分别在7、14、21d和28d时进行收获,探索Cd胁迫对灰杨叶片和根系的渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,在10μmol·L^(-1) Cd胁迫后7d时,叶片和根系MDA、H2O2和脯氨酸含量低于相应对照,而在Cd胁迫28d时,且Cd浓度为70μmol·L^(-1)时,银灰杨叶片和根系MDA、H2O2、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸等渗透调节物质均显著增加。说明70μmol·L^(-1) Cd处理可导致银灰杨膜脂产生氧化。综合研究表明,在Cd胁迫下可通过提高主动积累脯氨酸、蛋白质和可溶性糖等渗透物质,产生适应性生理响应以维持自身的生理平衡来降低Cd毒害作用,初步判断灰杨有解毒Cd的能力,具有用于修复Cd污染土壤的潜能。This study investigated the Cd-tolerance of Populus canescens under five levels of CdSO4 for 7, 14,21 and 28 days by hydroponic experiment, indexes were measured, including MDA, H2O2 , free proline, soluble protein and soluble sugar contents of Populus canescens in leaves and roots. The results showed that the contents of MDA, H2O2, osmo regulation substances, such as soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline significantly increased with the increase of stress treatment time and concentration of Cd,when the Cd stress increased to 70 μmol· L-1 Cd compared with the control (non-Cd) ,after 28days of Cd stress. In conclusion, they could produced physiological adaptive response to balance and reduce the Cd toxicity by ac- cumulating proline,protein and soluble sugar. It was indicated that the P. canescens was a promising reme- dial potential for the high level of Cd contamination soil.
