真武汤合血府逐瘀汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血脂及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察真武汤合血府逐瘀汤对慢性心衰患者血脂和炎性因子的影响。方法 70例患者按随机数字表分为对照组和治疗组各35例,对照组予以西药常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础治疗上加用真武汤合血府逐瘀汤。4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血脂、炎性因子水平。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组的总有效率91.43%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分比较,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血脂水平比较,差别均不大(均P>0.05),治疗后两组血脂水平均较治疗前有不同程度改善,且治疗后血脂水平治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清炎性因子水平比较,差别均不大(P>0.05),治疗后两组炎性因子水平均较治疗前降低,治疗后炎性因子表达水平治疗组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用真武汤合血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭,可明显提高慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效,降低中医证候积分,方中中药对调节脂质含量、拮抗炎症因子释放、改善炎症状态等方面有所帮助,这也可能是其治疗慢性心力衰竭取得疗效的机制之一。Objective： To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on blood lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failure were included in the standard,and were divided into two groups according to random number table,35 cases in each. The control group was given routine Western medicine administration,and the treatment group received additional Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoctionn. A treatment course was 4 weeks. The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid and inflammatory factor level were observed before and after1 treatment course. Results： After 1 treatment course,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,the treatment group 91.43%,and that of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the levels of blood lipid were improved in different degrees,compared with those before treatment,and the levels of blood lipid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the levels of serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）. The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the expression level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on chronic heart failure can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure,and reduce TCM syndrome points.
