摘 要:在大型汇气管热拔制工艺中,加热参数的选择会影响最终温度的分布,合理的加热参数有利于确定后续最佳拔制力的范围,从而有效抑制拔制过程中所产生的缺陷。基于电磁加热的原理,通过改变电源频率、电流及加热时间等参数,利用ANSYS软件对管件进行仿真分析,得到温度分布数据,并据此确定理论上合理的加热参数范围。结果表明:电源频率为5 k Hz,电流为500 A,加热时间为50~60 s的参数组合能够使最终加热温度达到900℃以上,且满足热拔制的工艺需求。通过电磁加热试验,验证了实际加热效果与仿真分析结果的一致性。In the hot-drawing process of large gas headers, the selection of heating parameters affects the distribution of final temperature, so rational heating parameters are favorable for determining the range of subsequent optimal drawing force so as to effectively prohibit deficiencies generating in the process of drawing. Based on the principle of electromagnetic heating, the pipe was simulated and analysed in the software ANSYS by changing the parameters of power frequency, current and heating time. Then, the temperature distribution data was obtained and the theoretically reasonable range of heating parameters was determined. It is shown that based on parameter combination of power frequency 5 kHz, current 500 A and heating time 50-60 s, the final heating temperature can be above 900 ℃, meeting the technological requirements of hot-drawing process. It is verified by the electromagnetic heating test that the actual heating effect is consistent with the simulation result. (7 Figures, 1 Table, 22 References)
