摘  要:对采自黑龙江省抚远县林场的腐木生硬柄菇(Ossicaulis lignatilis)进行生物学特性和驯化研究。结果表明:试验范围内,腐木生硬柄菇菌丝生长最适温度为25℃,最适pH为7~8,碳源为蔗糖或糊精,氮源为蛋白胨或酵母浸粉。在木屑和水稻秸秆的混合培养基质中(78%杨树木屑、20%玉米粉、1%石灰、1%石膏、含水量为60%~62%)驯化出菇,绝对生物学转化率为2.02%。Mycelial growth characteristics and the artificial cultivation of an Ossicaulis lignatilis strain collected from a forest farm located in Fuyuan County, Heilongjiang Province, are described. Fungal mycelium grew well when sucrose or dextrin served as the carbon source, when peptone or yeast extract served as the nitrogen source, at 20-25 ℃ temperature and pH 7-8. A Biological Efficiency value(fruit body dry weight/substrate dry weight) of 2.02% was achieved using a mixed cultivation substrate consisting of 78% poplar sawdust, 20% corn powder, 1% lime, 1% gypsum and a water content of 60%-62%.
