摘  要:在我国水稻主产区,稻草秸秆以焚烧和丢弃为主,既污染了环境又浪费了宝贵的可再生资源,为实现稻草的资源化利用、降低虎奶菇(Pleurotus tuber-regium)生产成本,用稻草按不同比例代替常规培养料中的棉籽壳栽培虎奶菇。结果表明:随着稻草替代量增加,虎奶菇的出菇周期缩短,但产量有所降低。用30%稻草、20%棉籽壳、18%麸皮、15%玉米芯、15%木屑、1%蔗糖、1%轻质碳酸钙为培养料栽培虎奶菇,和常规培养料栽培相比,出菇周期缩短6d,产量无显著差异,每袋利润提高0.26元。In order to reduce the production cost of Pleurotus tuber-regium, rice straw was used instead of cotton seed hull at different proportions in cultivation substrates. The results showed that as the incorporation ratio of rice straw increased, the growth cycle decreased at the cost of reduced biomass yield. When the culture substrate contained 30% (w/w) rice straw together with 20% (w/w) cotton seed hull, 18% (w/w) bran, 15% (w/w) corncob, 15% (w/w) saw dust, 1% (w/w) sucrose and 1% (w/w) limestone, the growth cycle decreased by 6 d without significant difference in yield compared to the normal cultivation substrate, and the earning profit increased by 0.11 CNY for each cultivation bag.
