摘　　要：高雄山虫草(Cordyceps takaomontana)的无性型为细脚棒束孢(Isaria tenuipes),主要生物活性成分包括多糖、多肽、生物碱、甾醇类和萜类等。它的药理作用非常广泛,例如,免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病原生物、抗抑郁、抗氧化、抗衰老、降血糖、降血脂和保护肝脏等。笔者对高雄山虫草及其无性型的生物活性成分、药理作用和安全性的研究归纳整理作一综述,以期为高雄山虫草及其无性型的进一步开发利用提供参考。Cordyceps takaomontana and its anamorph Isaria tenuipes belong to the kingdom Fungi, the phylum Ascomycota, the class Ascomycetes, the order Hypocreales, the family Clavicepitaceae, and the genus Cordyceps. There are several kinds of bioactive compounds in the mycelium, the fermentation broth, and the solid fermentation products of this species, including polysaccharides, glycoprotein, peptides, alkaloids, lactones, and enols. These bioactive compounds have many pharmacological effects, such as immunoregulation, anticancer, insect resistance, anti-bacteria, antivirus, anti-depression, antioxidant, anti- aging, blood sugar control, blood lipid control, and liver protection. This article reviews recent advances in these bioactive compounds and their pharmacological effects, providing bases for product development on Cordyceps takaomontana.
