摘 要:作为农业行业最高水平和最具权威的科技奖,神农中华农业科技奖在激发科技人员的热情,激励全行业科技创新发挥了重要作用。申报农业科技奖励是一个系统工程,一项农业科技成果能否获奖,除受自身的学术水平、实用价值等因素影响外,还与推荐材料撰写等诸多因素密切相关。笔者从多方面全面系统地对提升神农中华农业科技奖申报质量的技术问题进行了思考,提出若干申报要领,为提升申报成功率提供参考和借鉴。As the most authoritative science and technology award in China' s agricultural field, the Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Award plays an important role in motivating the scientific and technological personnel and stimulating the scientific and technological innovation. Whether an agricultural science and technology achievement could be rewarded depends on its academic level and practical value, but also on many other factors such as the written application materials. In this paper, techniques of improving the declaration quality of Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Award are analyzed from various aspects, and some main declaration essentials are put forward, which can provide references for promoting the success rate of declaration.
