摘  要:研究利用低富集特性作物促进富集植物对重金属吸收的可行性与效果,旨在为农用耕地的重金属镉铅污染修复提供一定的参考。实验设计了黑麦草单种与大蒜套种2种种植模式,对不同模式下黑麦草地上部分中镉铅含量进行了测定。结果表明,与大蒜套种模式有效地降低了黑麦草对重金属镉的吸收,降低率为23.92%,但显著提高黑麦草对重金属铅的吸收,增加率为133.15%。本实验中,黑麦草单独种植时具有最大的地上部分镉富集系数(0.75);黑麦草套种大蒜时,其最大的地上部分镉富集系数为0.54。由此可知一定的套种方式能有效地提高富集植物对某些重金属的吸收。The feasibility and effect of low-enrichment-characteristic crops in promoting hyperaccumulators' absorbing of heavy metals were studied in order to provide a basis for remediation of agricultural land polluted by heavy metal cadmium and lead.Single planting of perennial ryegrass and its intercropping with garlic were designed in this experiment.The lead and cadmium contents in the aerial parts of perennial ryegrass were determined in different models.Results showed that intercropping with garlic effectively reduced the cadmium absorption by perennial ryegrass,the reduction rate was 23.92%; while it obviously increased the lead absorption by perennial ryegrass,the increasing rate was 133.15%.The biggest cadmium enrichment coefficient(0.75) of aerial parts appeared under single planting of perennial ryegrass.When intercropping with garlic,the maximum cadmium enrichment coefficient of aerial parts was 0.54.In conclusion,some certain intercropping models can effectively improve heavy metal absorption by hyperaccumulator.
