摘 要:采用高效液相色谱测定百里杜鹃林区野生杜鹃林下枯落物层(L层)、腐殖质层(H层)及土壤层(S层)中的化感物质,并评价其分布规律。结果表明,3种杜鹃林下枯落物层和腐殖层中的化感物质含量均明显高于土壤层,不同种类的杜鹃林下化感物质差异较大,其中L层以没食子酸、绿原酸和阿魏酸含量最高,H层以阿魏酸和绿原酸含量最高。The allelochemicals in the litter layer (L), humus layer (H) and soil layer (S) in the Bai- li Rhododendron National Forest Park were determined by HPLC, and their distribution was evaluated. The results showed that the contents of allelochemicals in the litter layer and humus layer of the three species of rhododendrons were significantly higher than those of in soil layer, and the allelochemicals of rhododendron under different species varied greatly. The content of gallic acid, chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid were the highest allelochemicals in L layer; And the content of ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid were the highest allelochemicals in H laver.
