摘 要:分析了VIENNA整流器解决方案、工作模态及控制策略,给出了实验波形,结果表明VIENNA整流器具有功率因数高、谐波小和电压应力低等特点。其数字化控制实现了先进的控制算法,提高了电源运行可靠性、控制精度及性能稳定性,方便调试和维护升级等。该VIENNA整流器可广泛应用于大功率通讯机房及数据中心。The VIENNA rectifiers solution, working mode and control strategy were anaiyzed, and the experimental waveforms were given. The results showed that the VIENNA rectifier had the characteristics of high power factor, low harmonic and low voltage stress. Its digitalized control realized advanced control algorithm, improved power supply operation reliability, control accuracy and performance stability, and facilitated debugging and maintenance upgrading. The VIENNA rectifier can be widely used in high power communication machine room and data center.
