经阴道超声检查对宫内节育环异位的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究经阴道超声对宫内节育环异位的诊断应用价值。方法选取2015年3月~2017年7月在我院接受健康体检的400例妇女作为研究对象。同时采用经阴道超声与腹部超声检查方式诊断妇女的宫内节育环异位情况,根据绝经与否将其分为育龄期组(241例)和绝经期组(159例)。比较经阴道超声诊断两组妇女宫内节育环异位的情况。结果经阴道超声诊断宫内节育环异位患者的检出率为11.75%(47/400),明显高于经腹部超声的7.50%(30/400);经阴道超声对子宫颈管异位检出率为10.00%(40/400),明显高于经腹部超声的5.50%(22/400);育龄期妇女内节育器异位发生率为7.05%(17/241),明显低于绝经期妇女的18.87%(30/159),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声应用于宫内节育环异位妇女的诊断中效果明显优于经腹部超声,能提高异位部位的精确度,且育龄期妇女发生宫内节育环异位的风险相比绝经期妇女更低,值得临床重点关注。Objective To study the application value of transvaginal ultrasound for patients with Ectopic of intrauterine contraceptive ring.Methods From March 2015 to July 2017,400 cases of healthy women in our hospital were selected as the research objects.At the same time,transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasonography were used to diagnose the heterotopic condition of intrauterine device in the patients.According to the situation of women＇s menopause,the patients were divided into the childbearing age group （241 cases） and menopause group （159 cases）.The transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic IUD in the two groups of women＇s situation were compared.Results The detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic intrauterine device was 11.75% （47/400）,which was significantly higher than the transabdominal ultrasound of 7.50% （30/400）.The detection rate of ectopie cervical canal by transvagi- nal ultrasound was 10.00% （40/400）,which was significantly higher than the transabdominal ultrasound of 5.50% （22/ 400）.The incidence of ectopic intrauterine device in childbearing age women was 7.05% （17/241）,which was significant- ly lower than the menopausal women of 18.87% （30/159）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclu- sion The application of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic IUD effect in women was superior than abdomi- nal ultrasound,which can improve the accuracy of ectopie,and the risk of women of childbearing age occurrence of ec- topic IUD in postmenopausal women is compared to lower,which is worthy of clinical attention.
