摘  要:利用PBET法(Physiologically Based Extraction Test)研究扬州市不同功能区灰尘中Pb、Cu、Ni和Zn的生物可给性,并对扬州市灰尘重金属的健康风险进行评价。结果表明:各重金属元素的生物可给性在不同功能区存在明显差异,Pb、Ni在风景区最高,Cu在商业区最高,Zn在开发区最高。4种重金属在交通区的生物可给量总体较高,在风景区和文教区较低。健康风险评价表明,扬州市灰尘重金属对人体的非致癌综合风险依次为Pb>Cu>Ni>Zn,均处于安全阈值内,尚未形成非致癌风险。In this paper,physiologically based extraction test(PBET) method was conducted to determine the bioaccessibility for heavy metals including Pb,Cu,Ni and Zn in dusts from different land use districts,and assessed the health risk of dust's heavy metal for human in Yangzhou City. The results showed that the bioaccessibility of heavy metals was significantly different in different functional areas. Pb and Ni were the highest in scenic district,Cu was the highest in commercial area,and Zn was the highest in development district. Bioaccessible of the 4 heavy metals in the traffic area were higer,and that in scenic and educational districts were lower. The health risk assessment indicated that the order of non-cancer risk of heavy metals in dusts was Pb Cu Ni Zn,which were within the safety threshold,and would not cause non-carcinofenic to human body in Yangzhou.
