摘 要:目的了解手术室男护士的职业认同情况,分析手术室男护士职业认同的影响因素,为护理管理者制定促进手术室男护士职业认同相关策略提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取浙江省15家三级甲等综合医院及5家二级医院200名手术室男护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和护士职业认同量表进行调查。结果手术室男护士的总体职业认同水平偏低(1.98±0.573分);多元线性回归分析结果显示,工作年限、职称、人均月收入是手术室男护士职业认同的影响因素。结论手术室男护士的职业认同水平较低,应采取措施提高手术室男护士收入,制定合理的职称晋升考核体系,提高手术室男护士职业认同。Objective To understand the professional identity of male nurses in operating room, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for nursing administrators to formulate relevant strategies to promote male nurses" professional identity in operation room. Methods A total of 200 male nurses from 15 tertiary hospital general hospitals and 5 secondary hospitals in Zhejiang province were enrolled using convenient sampling method. They completed questionnaires about general information and Nurses Professional Identity Scale. Results The overall professional identity score of male nurses in operating room was relatively low (1.98 ~ 0.573). In muhivariable linear regression analysis, we found work years, professional titles and average income were associated with professional identity in operating room. Conclusion Professional identity of male nurses in operating room is relatively low. Measures should be taken to increase the income of male nurses in operating room, to establish a reasonable examination system for the promotion of professional titles, in order to improve the professional identity of male nurses in operating room.
